Welcome to part 2 in the Transformation Blueprint series – your do-it-yourself guide to personal transformation.

It’s here that I am sharing bits of my personal path that have resulted in a positive and lasting impact on my health and work, my happiness, and ultimately transformed my love life and career.

As you read this, keep in mind; I did NOT go down this path alone. I hired coaches and healers who knew more – who were further down the path than I, and who had already achieved what I wanted in my own life. That’s important.

When you hire a coach or mentor, make sure you align with someone who has already achieved what you want and who can show you the path to your highest potential.  twitter

I also accumulated a lot of knowledge along the way through reading and taking online courses, so here’s the best of the best in health and career.

Health:

There’s a growing movement of what I call post-modern medicine (PMM). PMM is all about supporting maximum health through nutrition and holistic healing (e.g. traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture, reiki, essential oils – just to name a few).

Most people I meet have no idea how good than CAN feel. They accept that as they age, things start to break down. When there is a pain, you pop a pill. Sneezing too much? Allergies? Hay fever? Grab the anti-histamines. Can’t sleep? Can’t stay awake? There’s a drug for that.

The truth is most disease in the body is caused by inflammation. Inflammation can be reduced or eliminated through really good nutrition and wellness practices.

Career:

Soon after I began to get in touch with my higher consciousness through meditation and journaling, I began to notice patterns in my life that were not working. In fact, they were standing in the way of my happiness.

One pattern had to do with striving and perfectionism at work. I have always been an overachiever – but my drive to overachieve actually came from a feeling of never being quite good enough.

With work on my body and mind through exercise, nutrition and meditation, I rapidly realized that what I was doing for a living wasn’t feeding my soul – worse – it felt like it was sucking my spirit dry.

How did I make a change? Vision was the easy part. The trick is in the implementation. Here are two of my most important influences in getting my business up and running. I recommend you get on their lists for free webinars and workshops if you are considering striking out on your own.
