“Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?”
~ Mary Oliver
Have I told you that I have a big honkin’ mission?
I am committed to eliminate fear as an obstacle to happiness – for myself and for every woman I meet.
It starts with my commitment to myself – to never let fear stand in the way of me realizing my dreams.
When it comes down to it, what do I really have to be afraid of?
So, I ground myself. I get brave. Summon my courage. And take the first step. Even if the path is uneven, or I can’t see where it leads.
The path appears as I walk it. ![]()

But, it’s not magic.
It requires that I first know what I want; that I get really clear on my priorities – that I commit to live an authentic, evolutionary and very conscious life.
It means I am willing to feel it all – doubt, confusion, fear, sadness, lust, emptiness, joy (REAL joy that sends a vibration of awe through my entire being. Have you ever felt that? Have you ever allowed yourself to feel that amazing?)
I feel it all with complete compassion – without judgment, attachment, shame, or blame. Each one holds a precious gift if I am open to receive it.
This moment now, this one right here, right now is different from the last. There is no need to repeat.
This moment is new. I can take a step, even though I am not sure where it leads.
I can release control.
I can trust that whatever I experience is exactly what I need.
“If you wait until the fear is gone, you will never start and you will rarely do something that matters.” ~ Seth Godin
This is what I teach. This is what I coach. It’s an evolutionary consciousness that propels me to be the best woman, the best human, that I can be.
Are you with me?
