Deb Boulanger has been launching services and online solutions for companies for more than 20 years. As a former corporate product management executive, Deb is the founder of The Launch Lab for Women Entrepreneurs – a launch pad for women who are making the leap from corporate leader to successful entrepeneur. She works with clients to develop a money-making business model through packaging and pricing products and services that are designed to sell. 

She is also CEO of The Great Do-Over, where she coaches women leaders in how to overcome self sabotage and gain the courage and confidence to pursue their dream role. Prior to her launching her own company, Deb was a GVP of product management and marketing at Gartner, the Industry leader in technology and supply chain research and advisory services. There she developed a reputation as a leader in product development, launching dozens of service offerings that generated multi-million dollar returns.
